Global Cooperation

SBC's global cooperation programs can be divided into two primary components: powering the global cooperation network and supporting industrial and technology cooperation

Powering the Global Cooperation Network

In some ways, globalization refers to networking. SBC has collaborated with over 70 organizations worldwide via MOUs
to support the bilateral networking of SMEs. To strengthen the multilateral cooperation base, SBC currently operates the
APEC SME Innovation Center and also offers international training programs for government officials in charge of SME
policies in developing nations.

Supporting Industrial and Technology Cooperation

Another pillar of the SBC's global cooperation programs involves the services that support each company's industrial
and technology cooperation. SBC holds seminars, dispatches delegations, disseminates publications, provides
information and operates an on-line trade promotion website. SBC also supports the introduction of highly skilled
overseas engineers to Korean SMEs and operates the Novosibirsk Technology Cooperation Center in Russia.
